I’d say hesitation wise I was scared to trust another PT again after bad experience from the past, but I’m so glad I have trusted you and realised not all PTs are the same. Results wise I have noticed my body going a lot more toned and I’m feeling like I have more energy as in closely monitoring my macros a lot more. Yeah I have and will 1000% recommend you to people.

My Story

Hey there, my name is Natasha, Online Coach & Personal Trainer! I’ve been in the business of coaching for the past 7 years but have struggled with PCOS for 10 of those years.

After a lot of trial and error, I finally figured out what works for girls like me, and I immediately knew that I needed to go out and help other women! That was my breakthrough moment, and over time, the PCOS PT was born. I have never looked back since then. It’s the most rewarding thing I have ever done.

I've always loved sports and seeing the magical results one can achieve by being consistent in the gym. I stand against diet culture and bad eating habits. As a coach, I choose to work with a good mental health approach to cultivating a better and more fit lifestyle.
